Job Summary
We are seeking several dedicated and experienced Captains/Bartenders to lead events at a variety of locations in the greater Niagara Region. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, enhancing guest experiences, and leading your team to achieve high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with staff and guests to provide outstanding guest services.
- Liaison with our team of Event Coordinators to provide food and service exactly to the clients expectation.
- Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized environment that reflects the standards of our the 43 North Restaurant Group/Feastivities Events and catering.
Experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service background with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and guests.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with guest services operations and best practices in the hospitality industry.
- Candidates must have own transportation. Our locations are not accessible using public transportation. Ride share options are not cost effective.
