Job Description
In-Room Dining Captain
Our In-Room Dining Captain is responsible for assisting in the daily management of the In-Room Dining department, maximizing service delivery in all areas of the outlet, and ensuring the principles of the Resort Experience are extended to all guests.
This is a full-time, permanent position, starting September 3, 2025.
Starting Rate of Pay: $19.00 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $23.35.
Job Duties Include:
- Ensure all accounts are being processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure daily smooth operation of the department, maintaining high staff morale and team spirit
- Monitor labour on a daily basis
- Participate in the training and coaching of new and existing team members
- Provide support to the management team and F&B Division as required
Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in a food and beverage department
- Experience in an In-Room Dining position is an asset
- Serving It Right
- Leadership and motivational skills are required
