Richelieu Hardware is looking for a Warehouse Associate for the NE Calgary, Alberta Location
More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to :
- Ship, receive, pick, restock, return, cycle count, and put-away along with the other warehouse team members.
- Prioritize customer experience, ensuring customers are addressed quickly and professionally.
- Participate in all training and certification as required.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse, notify supervisors when supplies need to be ordered.
- Inspect and operate designated equipment and facilities in the warehouse (forklifts, order pickers, racking, etc.)
- Be a leader in safety, participating in training and ensuring compliance in all health and safety procedures.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
Assets:
- Forklift certification.
- Fall arrest certification.
- Order picker certification.
- Transport of Dangerous Goods certification.
- WHMIS certification.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, order picking, cycle counting, etc.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is an asset.
- Experience with AS400 or inventory management systems is an asset.
