RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Warehouse Manager at the Agronomy Centre, reporting to the Crop Supply
Manager you will be expected to provide operational excellence and be
accountable to:
attending to time management of staff.
filling requisitions/ work orders from customers/ applicators.

- Oversee the warehouse facility, including inventory control, management
- Manage the warehouse team of staff (6-7 team members), including
attending to time management of staff.
- Assists Crop Supply Manager and Assistant Crop Supply Manager with

- Coordinating loading of product on trucks for delivery to branches and

REQUIREMENTS
Must have strong knowledge of chemical and warehouse operations and
organizational skills. Must be able to communicate effectively. Previous commodity
and team management experience preferred. Position classified as a Safety
Sensitive Position: therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-op’s Alcohol & Substance
policy as a condition of employment. Must be able to work a variety of shifts
including weekends and extended hours. Must be able to stand for extended periods
of time and perform heavy lifting.
