We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a dynamic industrial environment. This role combines warehouse operations with front-line customer service, offering variety and growth potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders
- Receive incoming stock and verify shipments
- Ship outgoing orders efficiently and on time
- Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory
- Assist customers at the counter with product inquiries and sales
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Minimum High School education
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Forklift experience, receiving experience, and computer proficiency are considered assets
- Experience or knowledge in the industrial sector (e.g., plumbing/HVAC, commercial industrial, electrical) is highly desirable
