General Description
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking orders, packing, receiving incoming stock and materials, filling the stock/shelves, maintaining, and organizing the warehouse.
Skill/Effort Requirements
- Forklift Certification an asset
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in picking order and inventory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Self-motivated and able to coordinate as a team
- Strong detail-oriented
- Can operate equipment use in picking order
- Ability to lift heavy objects
Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
- Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping the integrity of all products, materials and equipment.
- Receive warehouse stock and label the product properly.
- Keep a clean, organized and safe working environment.
- Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of the Calgary Warehouse
- Order picking based on pick list, palletizing, shrink wrapping as needed,
- Maintain required operating licenses and/or certification as required
- Shelving product as required
- Answer phone calls from Service Department.
- Powered Equipment operation as required.
- Pick stocks from Production Warehouse as needed.
