We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met during food handling and preparation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
- Assist with restocking supplies as needed throughout the shift.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is advantageous.
- Experience in bartending or food preparation is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
