As the first face pet parents see, you'll be a vital part of our hospital's success—supporting clients, patients, and the medical team in delivering life-saving care every day.

What You'll Do:
- Be the warm, calm, and confident first point of contact for pet parents
- Manage patient and client flow from check-in to discharge
- Communicate with clarity and compassion during emotional and high-stress situations
- Support doctors and technicians to keep the hospital running smoothly
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a seamless client experience
Schedule & Hours:
- Approx. 40 hours/week
- We operate 7 days a week, from 7am–10pm
- Advance scheduling allows you to plan your free time
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is important
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year experience in veterinary reception (required)
- A genuine passion for client service and animal care
- Calm, professional demeanor—even under pressure
- A proactive, team-first attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
