We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Detailing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery to remove dirt and stains.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity.
- Apply protective coatings as needed, such as sealants or waxes.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that may need attention.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning products and equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in vehicle detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
