Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HDPE Water & Sewer Pipe Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing HDPE watermain and sewer-main pipelines, including electrofusion coupling, valves, fittings, curb stops, and related components. Excavation will be handled by others—this role is strictly focused on pipe installation and connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HDPE water and sewer mains as per drawings and specifications
- Perform electrofusion and mechanical joint connections for pipes and fittings
- Install valves, tees, elbows, reducers, curb stops, and related accessories
- Ensure proper alignment, grading, and joint integrity
- Pressure test lines and perform leak detection as needed
- Follow safety protocols and site procedures at all times
- Collaborate with foreman and excavation crew to ensure coordinated work
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HDPE pipe installation for municipal or civil infrastructure
- Certification in electrofusion welding is preferred
- Ability to read construction drawings and interpret pipe layout
- Physically fit and able to work in trenches and variable weather
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
Additional Info:
- This position does not require operating heavy machinery or excavation equipment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
