What We’re Looking For
We're hiring motivated and skilled individuals who can handle a variety of renovation tasks with a focus on flooring. You should be comfortable working on-site, traveling between job locations, and performing tasks independently or with a crew.
Responsibilities
- Install various types of flooring (laminate, vinyl, hardwood, tile, etc.)
- Perform general handyman duties including minor repairs and trim work
- Assist with renovation tasks such as demolition, framing, and drywall
- Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized
- Communicate with the team and clients professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in flooring installation
- Proven carpentry skills (framing, baseboards, casing, minor structural work)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel across Alberta as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic tools required
- Preferred
- Experience in other renovation trades (drywall, painting, tiling)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and communication

Pay: $17.10-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
