Subfloors are checked before you arrive. Materials on-site, organized by unit. Our laborers move boxes where you need them. Other trades are finished and gone. You just install.
THE SETUP:

- Materials staged by unit
- Clean, empty units ready for flooring
THE PAY:
- Above market rate per square foot or hourly
- Weekly payment - no chasing
- Efficiency bonus for beating timeline

YOUR DAY:
- Show up to prepped units
- Materials already inside each unit
- No wrestling boxes up stairs
- Site super handles any issues
- Actual lunch area and clean bathrooms

4-12 unit buildings throughout HRM area. Once you know our standard layouts, you'll cruise through installs. Steady pipeline of work.
