We seek a strategic, digitally savvy Used Car Sales Manager with an intrapreneurial mindset to lead our pre-owned vehicle department.
What You'll Do:
✅ Manage used car department & customer satisfaction
✅ Master digital retail platforms & online-to-offline customer journeys
✅ Source inventory through trade-ins, auctions & data-driven strategies
✅ Set competitive pricing using market analytics & auction market knowledge
✅ Champion transparent, modern customer experiences
What We Need:
3-5+ years of automotive retail experience
2+ years of management/leadership experience
CRM & inventory management expertise
Advanced skills in used car sourcing
Intrapreneurial mindset & drive for innovation
Strong analytical & communication skills
Digital retail savvy preferred
