Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled US Immigration Attorney to join our team on a remote, full-time basis, starting September 1, 2025. You must have at least 5 years of proven experience in both corporate and individual US immigration matters. This role requires availability during regular business hours, Eastern Time.
You will manage a diverse caseload including employment-based green cards, family-based petitions, waivers, investor visas, and student visas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal consultations with new potential clients and assess the merits of their cases.
- Retain and onboard new client files.
- Advise and represent corporate clients and individuals in all aspects of US immigration law.
- Prepare and submit applications for:
- Employment-based green cards (EB categories)
- Family-based green cards
- US work permits and visas (L1, TN, E1, E2, etc.)
- EB-5 investor visas
- Student visas and permits
- Draft and file waiver applications (I-601, I-212, etc.).
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Provide strategic immigration solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Maintain a high standard of legal work with attention to detail and compliance.

Pay: $130,000.00 per year
