Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Certified & Insured Home Renovation Contractor to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of residential projects, including kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, and basement finishing. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship, meeting deadlines, and ensuring customer satisfaction on every project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and complete renovation projects according to client specifications and timelines
- Perform a wide range of tasks including carpentry, drywall, flooring, tiling, painting, and finishing work
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades as required
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and project managers
Requirements:
- Must be certified and insured for residential renovation work in Ontario
- Proven experience in home renovations (kitchens, bathrooms, and basements)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing full renovation projects from start to finish
- Specialized skills in cabinetry, tile work, or custom carpentry
- Knowledge of energy-efficient and modern building practices

- Full-time or part-time positions available

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
