Job Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on renovation work on residential properties including:
- Basement finishing and remodeling
- Home additions.
- Installing hardwood, vinyl, and laminate flooring
- Building and repairing decks and fences
- Demolition and site preparation
- Framing, and basic carpentry
- Install doors, trim, baseboards, and hardware
- Operate power tools and maintain equipment safely
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Work independently or with a team to meet project deadlines
- Communicate clearly with the project manager and clients as required
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in residential renovations.
- Strong knowledge of general construction practices
- Ability to read and follow construction plans/drawings
- Reliable vehicle and basic set of tools
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professionalism on-site
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
