Dhunna Immigration is currently seeking a confident and experienced female Immigration Assistant to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills, knowledge of Canadian immigration processes, and a passion for helping people — we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assist with immigration applications (Express Entry, PNP, Spousal PR, etc.)
- Communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, and manage files
- Stay updated with immigration policies and help share relevant updates
- Create short informative videos for social media platforms (training provided if needed)
- Support day-to-day operations of the immigration office
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Canadian immigration
- Experience with Express Entry, PNP, and Spousal PR applications is a strong asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing and client relationship skills
- Comfortable with multitasking and time management
- Confident and presentable for social media content creation (e.g. Instagram, TikTok)
- Fluent in English and Punjabi (Hindi is a plus)
