Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tutoring or teaching, with a focus on helping students achieve their academic goals. This role involves working closely with students to provide personalized instruction and support, fostering a positive learning environment that encourages growth and confidence.
Duties
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in various subjects as needed.
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to tailor lesson plans accordingly.
- Develop engaging and effective instructional materials that meet the learning needs of each student.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student engagement and motivation.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational staff regarding student performance and areas for improvement.
