What will you be doing?
As a Tutor, you will foster a supportive learning environment where children can collaborate with their peers, share experiences and build social skills.. Responsibilities include:
- Understanding and implementing the BrightPath Read With Me program.
- Working with students to improve their skills in certain subjects.
- Planning and preparing lessons for students.
- Engaging, encouraging, and motivating children to reach their goals.
- Evaluating students' progress and discussing results with families.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of provincial school curriculums and expected outcomes for students at various grade levels
- Up-to-date knowledge of learning theories, techniques and resources
- Ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
- Must meet province requirements for childcare employment
- Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
- Current immunization and health assessment as per the local Minister of Health Requirements
- Must be able to comfortably commute to all locations mentioned above
