Responsibilities:

  • Fournir un service à la clientèle de premier niveau / des solutions techniques concernant les produits du client.
  • Établir et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les clients en offrant des solutions personnalisées. Chercher à dépasser les attentes.
  • S’assurer que les demandes sont traitées correctement en coordonnant avec diverses fonctions au sein de l’entreprise.
  • Planifier les appels de service et faire le suivi auprès des clients.
  • Dépanner et résoudre les problèmes techniques en utilisant les outils de diagnostic et procédures établis.
  • Assurer la saisie précise des données à l’aide des applications prescrites.
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion d’appels : écouter activement tout en faisant preuve d’empathie et en rassurant le client.
  • Faire preuve de passion pour le service client, de prise en charge de l’expérience client et de détermination à offrir une solution complète.
  • Adapter efficacement la communication et le style à différents publics et lire les signaux verbaux et non verbaux.
  • Répondre aux demandes entrantes/sortantes des clients.
  • Aborder les problèmes avec flexibilité et adapter sa démarche sans compromettre le résultat.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level customer service/ technical solutions in regard to client products.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relations by offering personalized solutions. Strive to exceed expectations.
  • Ensure requests are handled appropriately by coordinating with various functions within the company
  • Schedule service calls and follow up with customers/clients
  • Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues using established diagnostics tools and procedures.
  • Responsible for accurate data input using prescribed applications
  • Exceptional call handling soft skills, must possess the ability to conduct active listening while being empathetic and reassuring the customer
  • Demonstrates passion for customer service, ownership of the customer experience and determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution
  • Able to effectively tailor communication and style to differing audiences and read verbal and non-verbal cues
  • Answering inbound/outbound customer queries.
  • Approaches problems flexibly and is able to adapt and modify approach without compromising outcome

Qualification:

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires minimum. Un diplôme ou une certification en technologie est un atout.

  • Excellent accès Internet à la maison, par connexion filaire.

Qualification

  • Minimum high school degree. Degree or certification in technology is a plus.

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer facing environments (phone, chat, in person, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word & Excel preferred

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Excellent communication/comprehension skills in English and French. Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal (in required language)

  • Ability to type 30 wpm and successfully pass our language/grammar screening

  • Excellent home internet hardwired.
