After a comprehensive training period, you’ll be ready to:
- Manage a variety of transaction requests (purchases, changes, legal designations, etc.) with precision
- Accurately enter information into computer systems
- Handle a high volume of requests within established deadlines
- Suggest improvements to optimize administrative processes
Profile Sought
- College diploma (DEC) or at least one year of relevant experience
- Strong computer skills
- Sharp attention to detail and sound judgment
- Team spirit and autonomy
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
- Motivated, positive, and customer-service oriented
- Intermediate level of English and French, as the role involves frequent interaction with anglophone and francophone clients and teams across Canada, and daily handling of various transaction requests.

Compensation
The typical salary range for this position is between CAD 47,000 and CAD 52,000 annually. The base pay offered depends on location and may vary based on skills, job-related knowledge, experience, and internal equity.
