Tank Traders® is looking for a Training and Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and help advance our culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We’re seeking an independent, forward-thinking professional who can turn concepts into reality and help our team reach its full potential.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to various departments and learning styles.
- Create engaging training materials — from manuals to online modules — that support our people in developing the skills they need to succeed.
- Facilitate training sessions in a variety of formats: classroom, virtual, and on-the-job coaching.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and data, making improvements along the way.
- Collaborate with management and People & Culture to keep content current with industry best practices and company goals.
- Support scheduling, recordkeeping, and smooth administration of all training programs.
- Taking a hands-on approach in learning our company processes to ensure accurate and tailored training across the board

What are we looking for?
- Education in Human Resources or Adult Education (preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage and motivate learners.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while keeping a positive and professional approach.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and training software.
