We’re a leading snow removal and landscaping company committed to safety, performance, and high-quality service delivery. As we grow, we’re hiring a Training, Hiring, and Onboarding Manager to lead workforce development across both snow and landscape divisions.
Job Summary
You’ll design and run training programs, lead recruiting, and onboard seasonal and full-time field crews. Your work ensures teams are safe, skilled, and ready to execute efficiently year-round.
Key Responsibilities
Training (50%)
- Lead hands-on training for snow equipment and landscape maintenance teams.
- Develop curriculum for safety, equipment handling, and job-specific protocols
- Run seasonal boot camps and certification programs.
Hiring & Recruitment (25%)
- Post jobs, screen applicants, and conduct interviews for snow & landscape crews.
- Run seasonal hiring events and build a reliable field labor pipeline.
- Coordinate with HR on background checks and compliance.
Onboarding & Retention (25%)
- Manage onboarding for both divisions with structured programs.
- Conduct check-ins and ensure early-stage support for new hires.
- Develop rehire and promotion pathways for high-performers.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in snow & ice and landscape maintenance industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead field teams, manage seasonal labor, and deliver training.
- Hands-on knowledge of snow equipment and landscape machinery.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors, off-hours, and during storm events or peak seasons.
- Proficient with training tools, workforce software, and digital systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- CDL or equipment operation experience
- OSHA-10/30, CPR/First Aid, or related safety certifications
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a strong plus

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
