Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs and preferences.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
