Job Type: Part-Time/Seasonal (with potential for Full-Time)
Salary: $17.20–$25.00/hour (base + performance bonus)
About the Role:
Canadian Tire Sheppard and Leslie (Store 192) is currently seeking motivated and reliable Tire/Lube Technicians to join our team. While this role starts as part-time/seasonal, it has the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity through a 310S apprenticeship program. Requirements:
- Must have your own tools (impact gun, socket set, etc.)
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving abstract
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Completion of online training modules (TIA & Hoist Training required within a specific timeline)
- Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and extended hours during peak seasons (April–May & November–December)
- Must be local to the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) — no out-of-country applicants
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience at Canadian Tire is a strong asset
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced automotive service environment
