Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive and commercial repair. As a Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles by providing high-quality tire services. This position requires the ability to work with both hand and power tools and outside in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain tires on various types of vehicles.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during tire installation and repair processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Familiarity with tire installation techniques and equipment
- Commercial tire experience required
- OTR experience will be considered an asset
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot will be an asset.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required in the role.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is required

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
