Duties
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
- Maintain accurate records of tire services performed for each customer.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering recommendations based on tire condition.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Support sales efforts by promoting tire products and services to customers.
Experience
- Previous experience as a tire technician is required.
- Familiarity with commercial tire work is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of tires and wheel systems.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience in customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installations.
