Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to read blueprints and work efficiently with hand tools. This role requires a hands-on approach to building and installing various structures, including flooring and tile. Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Perform kitchen tile installations, including various other installations such install bathroom tiles
- Execute caulking and sealing tasks to ensure durability and aesthetics of installations.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and prepare necessary materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in installation or construction roles is preferred.
- Strong skills in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to installation tasks.
- Experience in flooring installation or tile laying is highly desirable.
- Background as a maintenance person or carpenter is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
