CWS is a privately-owned Alberta based company that offers a full suite of customized waste management services including collection, transportation, and recycling or disposal of all waste streams, both non-hazardous and hazardous. Collective was established in 2006 and from its meager roots in northern Alberta has expanded operations across Alberta with a fleet of over 100 trucks and 150 employees.

We are currently looking for Territory Sales Representatives to come and join our team. The successful candidate will come from a contract sales background, be a go-getter, uncovering new opportunities in which to sell while having the ability to develop and nurture business relationships with companies and individuals in their designated territory. The Sales representative’s goal is to maximize revenue for their territory and the Company.

Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs, and meeting a sales quota. CWS provides a sales training program, which includes product knowledge, mentorship, sales process, and business development strategies.
