At West Edmonton Hyundai, we’re committed to excellence in every department. With a newly renovated facility and a reputation for quality service, we’re on the hunt for an experienced and detail-oriented 3M Paint Protection Film Installer to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for applying 3M protective films to new and pre-owned vehicles, helping protect our customers’ investments and elevate their ownership experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Expertly install 3M Paint Protection Film (PPF) on vehicle hoods, fenders, bumpers, mirrors, and other surfaces
- Ensure a flawless finish—free of bubbles, wrinkles, stretch marks, or debris
- Deliver precision and consistency in every install—this role requires someone who takes pride in perfection
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times
- Collaborate with our detail and delivery teams to ensure vehicles are completed on time and meet dealership standards
- Handle each vehicle with care and respect, treating every customer delivery like a showroom reveal
- Occasionally assist with vinyl wraps or tinting if skilled, or willing to learn
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of professional PPF installation experience in a dealership
- 3M certification is a strong asset (or willingness to obtain it)
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong craftsmanship
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with window tinting or vinyl wraps is a bonus
- A proactive attitude and a strong sense of pride in your work
