Job Details:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including expertise in monitoring applications and services.
- 5+ years of experience in developing operational and business dashboards, ensuring that key performance indicators are captured and reported effectively.
- 3+ years with Dynatrace Synthetic for simulating user interactions and ensuring reliability of application performance.
- At least 1 year of experience utilizing Grail for log analytics and troubleshooting.
- Preferred: Dynatrace certification or relevant training to validate your expertise in this area.
- Mandatory Skills: Strong understanding of AIOPS and its implementation to facilitate proactive incident management.
