Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:

Lead GTM (Go To Market) team member allocated to S4 Hana project.
- Creation of shift plans / shift coverage, alignment out of office plans within the GTM team.
- Assign GTM tasks to the allocated resources.
- Supporting GTM with job monitoring in the QA system and the recovery of cycles, as needed.
- Providing (on-boarding) training to the GTM resources.
- As GTM Lead needs to have good communication skills. And work closely with various levels of leadership.
- Be actively involved in all relevant project meetings
- Working with the team on project defects and solving them (in the area e.g. job set up, functional result)
- Align GTM tasks with Operation, Product Team and Project Managers.
- Execution of Downtime plan across the relevant systems.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role year of experience in software engineering
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
- Relevant certifications or training a plus
