Technical Services Administrator
Caradoc Townsend Mutual Insurance Company (CTM) is looking for a dynamic, career-minded individual with a passion for helping people.
As a member of the Corporate Services Team, the Technical Services Administrator supports multiple departments with administrative and operational responsibilities.
This role also expands into the distribution channel of the company by assisting the Agency Team with policy document download processing.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Kilworth, Ontario, Monday to Friday.
The individual is expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism in all internal and external interactions, while consistently upholding CTM’s commitment to efficient processes and exceptional customer service.

What you will do:
Corporate Services Support
- Creating a warm first impression for our clients.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks across departments.
- Handle office coordination, filing, and internal communications.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by department managers.
- Work on requests and resolving them with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Accurately provide straightforward information in-person and via phone/email. While maintaining a polite and professional manner.
- Prepare written emails, memos or letters.
- Data entry, documents and records management, accounts receivable and accounts payable support.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs, in accordance with Company policies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Answering phones in a professional manner and direct calls as necessary.
- Other administrative support and duties as assigned.
Agency Team Support
- Managing daily download Activities within an assigned Activity queue
- Checking new business, endorsement and renewal policy documents for accuracy
- Identifying and passing on discrepancies to the Customer Service Team
- Follow procedures and workflows consistently to meet service standards
- Other administrative support and duties as assigned.
What you will need:
- College diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong attendance record.
- Professionalism and a strong customer service orientation in all interactions.
- A desire to help and improve your community

- Completion of Criminal Records Check will be required
