This leadership role is based with our Shared Services team in Saint John, New Brunswick and works closely with all stakeholders to drive organizational value, ensuring accurate and timely processing of tickets, leading a team of Client Service Administrators.
Reporting to, and in collaboration with the Director of HR Shared Service, the top priority and responsibility of this role is to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of Human Resources functions through our ERP Oracle HCM.
- Leading and developing Client Services team and oversight of shared services functions
- Driving improvement and maintaining service level delivery
- Working with the Shared Services team, and others to ensure accuracy and compliance of service level agreement on all inquiries
- Liaising with operational and HR community at various levels reporting on HR Shared Services activities
- Reviewing and analyzing call tracker data and daily key performance indicators
- Participation in Shared Services continuous and process improvement projects
- Support implementation of new systems and upgrades
- Addressing inquiries via ERP’s and email
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years+ experience
- Highly self-motivated, innately curious, and solutions focused
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong daily management

- Previous team leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record of successful coaching and team development
