CSS Office Solutions Inc. is looking for a Client Services Manager (also referred to as a Client Success Manager) to take the lead on key client accounts and manage the seamless execution of commercial furniture and workplace service projects.

What You'll Be Doing:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
Oversee projects from start to finish — including client consultations, site visits, space planning, scheduling, and execution.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Collaborate with other sales team members and internal teams to identify client needs and recommend services or solutions.
Coordinate service delivery across teams, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
Participate in regular client meetings, industry networking events, and internal company planning.
Maintain detailed records of client communications, project specs, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive service improvements.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in client management or project coordination, preferably in a B2B or commercial services environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms; experience with Visio or space planning software is an asset.
Valid driver’s licence and clean 5-year commercial abstract.
Comfortable conducting site visits, taking measurements, and working in both office and warehouse settings.
A proactive, client-centric mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Strong working knowledge of the commercial furniture or workplace services industry is an asset.

Exact salary amount provided will be based upon experience, specifically direct industry knowledge. Pay will be paid as a base value, plus an opportunity to earn unlimited commission.
Additional Requirements:
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Must be able to lift, crouch, and carry when necessary for site visits or installations.
Steel-toe boots are required on-site — keep a pair handy.
