We are seeking a dedicated, driven, and creative Client Relations & Marketing Manager to join our growing real estate team. This role is pivotal in helping elevate our brand, maintain strong relationships with clients, and take ownership of our marketing and communications.
You will manage everything from social media presence to email curation and client satisfaction — all with the goal of making our name the top name in commercial real estate marketing. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relations
- Build, nurture, and manage long-term client relationships
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner
- Coordinate client check-ins, post-sale touchpoints, and follow-up strategies
- Ensure a 5-star experience from first contact to close (and beyond)
- Monitor satisfaction through surveys, reviews, and informal feedback
Marketing & Branding
- Develop and manage our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create engaging content including property posts, reels, market updates, and brand storytelling
- Handle online reputation management and community engagement
- Assist in the creation of brochures, listing presentations, signage, and other promotional material
- Collaborate on brand image to create a standout presence in the commercial real estate market
Communications & CRM
- Curate personalized and automated email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar)
- Manage CRM (e.g., Follow Up Boss) and keep contacts organized and up to date
- Draft custom client emails, follow-ups, and communications on behalf of the realtor
- Report on client activity, lead progress, and campaign results regularly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in client relations, marketing, or real estate support roles
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with a proactive mindset and solution-focused attitude
- Proficient in social media platforms, Canva, email marketing tools, and CRMs
- Experience in real estate or commercial services is a strong asset
- Strong work ethic, creativity, and the ability to work independently
