Position: Client & Contractor Relations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between our organization, clients, and independent contractors
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with schools, teachers, and educational stakeholders
- Manage scheduling and logistics across multiple teams
- Recruitment and onboarding of contractors, handle performance management and, when necessary, terminations
- Provide guidance and support to contractors to foster a positive and productive work culture
- Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Navigate and resolve challenges quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure
- Utilize technology tools to streamline processes and ensure effective communication
- Support other operational areas as needed e.g. answer phones, book school programs, support supplies team, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client and contractor relations, ideally in an education-focused or service-based setting
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities—must be personable, professional, and approachable
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
- High proficiency in technology tools and the ability to quickly learn internal business applications and software
- Strong decision-making skills and comfort in addressing difficult personnel decisions when needed
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
