Job Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
- Manage and optimize artist schedules for efficiency
- Make client confirmation calls and follow-ups
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and focused
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Comfortable working in a high-stress, high-volume setting
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
