Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our West Lincoln team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and educating individuals of all ages on water safety and proper swimming techniques.
Responsibilities
- Instruct students on swimming techniques and water safety skills
- Develop lesson plans and provide engaging swim lesson
- Evaluate students' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents or guardians
- Have reliable transportation to our location
Requirements
- Current Lifesaving Swim and Lifesaving Instructor, National Lifeguard and Standard First Aid with CPR "C"
- Previous experience as a swim instructor is preferred but not required (preference will be given to those with proven experience and/or additional qualifications)
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
