Swim/Aquatic Instructors – Richmond Hill Location
WD Swim is currently hiring Swim/Aquatic Instructors for our Richmond Hill facility.
Position Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as Swim/Aquatic Instructors. In this role, you will ensure all members and guests have a positive and enjoyable experience through engaging and safe aquatic classes, supported by excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Energetic and passionate about fitness, aquatics, and working with people of all ages
- Previous experience leading aquatic classes (up to 4 students per class) is an asset
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification required
- Aquafit Instructor certification preferred
- New instructors with no experience are welcome – training will be provided
Availability:
- Evening shifts (Monday to Friday)
- Full-day shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
- Flexible scheduling – choose shifts based on your availability
Part-time: Up to 20 hours/week
Full-time: 20+ hours/week
