Support staff play a vital behind-the-scenes and floor-based role in ensuring efficient operations and a positive guest experience. They assist servers, kitchen staff with various tasks to help maintain cleanliness, organization, and quick table turnover.
Guest Service Assistance:
- Provide water and bread service as needed.
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables.
- Respond to guest needs or requests promptly and courteously.
Cleanliness & Sanitation:
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, service stations, and restrooms.
- Ensure bussing stations are stocked with linens, silverware, glassware, and cleaning supplies.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Team Collaboration:
- Support staff, servers, and kitchen staff during peak times.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth service flow.
- Help with side work, restocking, and closing duties as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
