About Us
New Beginnings Recovery Home is a safe, supportive space for individuals on their recovery journey. Our mission is to provide a structured, welcoming environment where clients can focus on healing and rebuilding their lives. We believe in compassion, respect, and creating a positive atmosphere for everyone in our care.
We are looking for Support Staff to assist and supervise residents during weekend shifts (morning, evening, or overnight). Your role is to keep the environment safe, structured, and calm while helping with basic needs when required.
Available Shifts:
- Saturday & Sunday :
- Morning (8am–4pm)
- Evening (4pm–12am)
- Overnight (12am–8am)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise residents and maintain a safe, structured environment.
- Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and enforce house rules.
- Complete documentation, incident reports, and shift logs.
- Assist with medication administration (training provided).
- Support meal prep and daily routines as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in addiction recovery or mental health (preferred).
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and harm reduction (asset).
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable, empathetic, and able to work independently.
