At Champion Taekwon-Do, we don’t just teach martial arts—we build confident kids, strong leaders, and a rock-solid community. As our Studio Manager, you’ll be at the helm of it all.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, manage, and inspire a tight-knit team of instructors and front-desk staff.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations so our programs run like clockwork.
- Set and smash enrolment and revenue goals through smart strategy and sales.
- Create an unmatched member experience that turns students into raving fans.
- Collaborate with leadership to grow our school and make an impact in our community.
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
- A natural leader who brings energy, positivity, and accountability to the team.
- Sales savvy—you’re confident talking about pricing, value, and closing the deal.
- Detail-oriented and organized—nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
- Self-driven—you don’t need micromanaging because you own your role.
- Relatable and engaging—people like you, trust you, and want to follow your lead.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years in a leadership or sales role (bonus if you’ve worked in fitness, recreation, or education).
- Availability Monday–Friday from 12 PM–8 PM, Saturdays 9 to 12pm, with occasional additional events.
