StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching. Backed by Xponential Fitness, the largest boutique fitness franchisor in the world, StretchLab has built a loyal following through our innovative approach to wellness, recovery, and performance. Now we're launching a new studio in Oakville—and we're looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead the charge.
About the Role
As the Studio Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving membership sales, building an exceptional front-desk team, and delivering an outstanding first impression to every lead who walks through the door. You will be the face of the studio—accountable for hitting sales targets, managing daily operations, and creating a positive, motivating culture that keeps both staff and members coming back.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales
- Execute grassroots marketing campaigns, local partnerships, and digital lead follow-up to drive membership growth.
- Own the sales pipeline from outreach to close.
- Hit and exceed monthly sales goals with uncapped commission potential.
- Studio Operations
- Manage front desk coverage, scheduling, and daily studio flow.
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Implement systems to track and optimize KPIs.
- Team Management
- Hire, train, and supervise front desk sales associates.
- Motivate the team through goal setting, coaching, and accountability.
- Collaborate with Flexologists (stretch therapists) and studio ownership to ensure operational excellence.
- Customer Experience
- Deliver a high-touch, personalized welcome to each prospect.
- Ensure all leads receive prompt and friendly follow-up.
- Actively engage with members to foster loyalty and retention.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing leadership (fitness, wellness, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong closer with a proven track record of exceeding goals
- High-energy, personable, and driven by purpose
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping people live better
