Demands, duties, qualifications
Labrador- Grenfell zone is seeking Student Health Interns to participate in Health-related projects for a summer work placement.
Qualifications:
Applicants will have successfully completed a minimum of a two-year post-secondary education program. Applicants who are currently enrolled in a recognized Educational Institution will also be considered.
Ability to work both collaboratively and with a high degree of independence and initiative.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Database/Access etc;
The successful applicant will be required to submit a Satisfactory Code of Conduct.
Duties: (Included but not limited to)
Health-related research projects.
Pamphlet/Leaflet Development.
Policy and planning development.
Organization of information on the Shared Drive.
Review, organize, scan and produce education resource materials.
Plan/promote upcoming events.
Updating and organizing department web pages.
Revising electronic forms.
Survey development for educational programs.
Develop survey for Research purposes.
Contact clients scheduled for Virtual visits for trial run and trouble shooting.
Other related duties as required.
