Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are sanitized and ready for use. This position is essential in supporting our food service operations in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of our restaurant or hotel.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooks.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment..

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.65-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
