POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of our Culinary Team, Stewards are responsible for cleaning and maintaining all food and beverage wares as required within the hospitality environment as well as cleaning floors and disposing of garbage during and after events. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.
A typical shift includes:
- Cleaning and maintaining all food and beverage wares requirements within the hospitality environment
- Cleaning floors and garbage disposal
- Working graveyard shifts from 11pm to 7am
- Other duties as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays with various start times based on kitchen needs
- Must be able to safely lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
- Ability to operate industrial kitchen dishwashers
- Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit expiring no earlier than August 2022
