Our Sprinter Van Service Department plays a critical role in supporting commercial customers who rely on performance, precision, and durability every day. We’re looking for a Sprinter Van Technician who is driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality workmanship on every repair.
The Role:
As a Sprinter Van Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans to the highest manufacturer and safety standards. Whether it’s commercial fleet maintenance or more complex diagnostic work, your expertise helps keep our customers moving forward.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans
Complete work accurately and efficiently in accordance with factory and dealership standards
Conduct multi-point inspections and advise on repair needs
Maintain accurate records of all work performed
Ensure proper care and use of company tools and equipment
Stay up to date with Mercedes-Benz technical training and certifications
Communicate clearly with service advisors and other team members
Qualifications:

Licensed 310S or 310T Technician (Apprentices may also be considered)
Experience with commercial vehicles or diesel engines is an asset
Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract
Strong communication and time management skills
