What We're Looking For
We're seeking subcontractors with proven experience in spray painting. The ideal candidates have:
- Experience with spray painting tools and techniques, including mixing and applying various types of paint.
- Strong attention to detail and a steady hand for high-quality finishes.
- The ability to coordinate effectively with our administration team on project progress.
- A solid understanding of paints, solvents, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
As a subcontractor, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming.
- Applying paint using spray guns to achieve a professional finish.
- Conducting quality inspections and performing necessary touch-ups.
- Maintaining your tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhering to all safety procedures and using personal protective equipment (PPE).
Project Details
- Flexible Work Locations: We have projects in multiple locations, including Sidney, Victoria, Langford, Nanaimo, Tofino, Port Renfrew, and more.
- Negotiable Pay: Compensation will be negotiated on a per-project basis, depending on the scope of work.
