Spa Receptionist Responsibilities:
Book spa appointments
Receiving and issuing payments
Providing information to clients on retail products and spa services
Escorting guests to and from treatment rooms and waiting areas
Driving additional revenue by actively upselling retail products, promotional offers and encouraging repeat bookings
Managing schedules and confirming appointments as well as data entry
Assisting staff in cleaning the spa area
Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need as a Spa Receptionist: Experience:
1+ year's in a spa environment
Education:
Secondary School Graduate Diploma preferred, Smart Serve Certification required
Other Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Full time and part time available
